Pricing FAQ's

How much do I pay per contact?

DCDial allows unlimited contacts. You can add as many contacts as you like. DCDial will never charge you a per contact fee.

How are calls billed?

All calls are billed in thirty-second increments, from pickup to hang-up. We bill the length of the call, and not the length of the message that you are sending. The per-minute cost of the call will depend on the billing plan that you choose. Each text message is billed as one minute.

What happens if I call over my plan allowance?

If your account balance reaches $0, your calls and texts will stop. You can upgrade your plan to resume calling, or add additional funds to your account.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Of course! When you select a plan upgrade, the new plan will take effect immediately. Your plan will still renew on the original renewal date, even if it’s just a few days later. Any remaining balance will expire on the last day of your billing cycle. Upgrading isn’t your only option. If your balance reaches $0, you can add funds at the per minute/text rate designated in your current billing plan. Additional funds added mid-cycle will roll over, only to be used the next time your subscription balance reaches zero.

Can I downgrade my plan?

If you choose to downgrade your plan, it will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Until then, you will continue to be billed at your current plan rate.

Does my allowance of minutes expire?

Yes. Your balance expires on the last day of your billing cycle. However, additional funds added mid-cycle will roll over, only to be used the next time your subscription balance reaches zero.

Does my plan include international calls and texting?

No. Your plan includes calls and texts to the US and Canada.
